Commercial Real Estate Bargains For Small Investors

Three years after the economy’s turn sent commercial property prices tumbling, opportunities for investors are on the rise as lenders and servicers are disposing of a growing volume of distressed loans and foreclosed properties.  The increased flow brings in new owners to “zombie” buildings that have for years been struggling with high vacancy and a lack of investment by owners overwhelmed by debt.
